Payroll & tax notice

Draft v0.2 — last updated 18 October 2026. This is a working draft and is being reviewed; items highlighted in yellow are still to be completed or confirmed.

Please read this before relying on any payroll, tax or financial figure produced by the service.

  • The payroll, tax (PAYE, USC, PRSI), VAT, estimating and other financial features are calculation and record-keeping aids. They are not payroll bureau, accounting, tax or legal advice.
  • Results depend entirely on the information and rates entered or selected — including each employee's Revenue Payroll Notification (RPN) details, tax credits, rate bands, pension and other deductions, hours, and the statutory rates and thresholds for the tax year. Defaults are provided as a convenience for the tax year shown in Payroll settings and must be checked by you against Revenue's published figures at the start of each tax year and whenever the rules change.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, for checking every pay run before you finalise it, and for filing returns and submissions with Revenue and other authorities. The service does not file returns or make payroll submissions to Revenue for you.
  • Estimates, quotes, quantity takeoffs (including AI-assisted counts), timesheets and safety documents are likewise only as accurate as their inputs and must be checked by a competent person before use.
  • To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for underpaid or overpaid wages, penalties, interest, tax, or other loss arising from figures produced by the service. Our liability is otherwise as set out in the Terms of Service.

If you are unsure how a rule applies, speak to your accountant, payroll adviser or Revenue.
